Publick House ESB
A traditional British pub ale known as an ESB (extra special/strong bitter) with a robust bready malt presence and a complimentary pairing of spicy bittering hops that finish crisp and clean. This beer is a cheeky homage to the liquor cartel as we know them here in PA to be quite controlling. The name is a throwback to when the UK government nationalized brewing and pubs during WW1 to control the productivity of munitions plant workers. They were called Publick Houses.
