A Franconian-style Rotbier brewed with a kiss of rye to incorporate some spicy malt depth in this ode to one of our favorite styles regionally found in cities like Nürnberg, Würzberg, Bayreuth, Bamberg and Kulmbach Germany. This is a malty, flavorful red lager that that presents flavors of toasted malt, shortbread, and nuanced caramel and spicy rye in a very dry and drinkable package.
